When booking an appointment at Alesja Beauty Studio you must accept our Terms & Conditions.

When you make a booking for a treatment, you’re making a commitment. Likewise, I’m also making a commitment to be ready. I prepare my studio for you and make sure all product and tools are prepared, to ensure I provide high level of service and deliver satisfying results.

Once your have made a booking you will receive a confirmation email with important information, including pre-treatment information. You will also receive a message with your treatment reminder, please keep an eye on your mailbox and incoming text messages.


No refunds will be given for any reason on services. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 48 hours after your appointment to discuss your concerns. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment or if you fail to follow aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the appointment. This does not affect your statutory rights. 


If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours notice then the booking fee will be transferred to your next booking.


Failure to give 72 hours notice to cancel your booking will require you to pay 50% of your full treatment cost as a cancellation fee.


If you are over 15 minutes late or fail to attend your treatment without notice you will be required to pay 50% of your full treatment cost and your appointment will be cancelled. Another booking can be made, but you will be charged accordingly and the relevant deposit must be paid.


If you fail to pay the 50% charge, any future appointments will be cancelled and you will be unable to book in again.


SEMI-PERMANENT BROWS: If you do not show up, cancel or reschedule your “Top Up” appointment with less than 72 hours notice you will lose your free appointment and an additional appointment will be charged should you wish to rebook.


All services are non-refundable.


If you are a NEW CLIENT (never had this particular treatment done by Alesja) you MUST book in for your PATCH TEST ASAP. If you don’t arrange your patch test you risk losing your appointment, your deposit and you will also be charged a cancellations fee. Your patch test has to be done 24-48 hours before your treatment.

Please note even if your patch test has been performed and the result was negative, there is still a risk of reacting to the treatment as patch test results might not be accurate.

We advise you to book your appointment a couple days before any important event in case of an allergic reaction.


By providing the information to Alesya Beauty Studio you consent to the use of this information for the purpose of provision of services by Alesya Beauty Studio.


You consent to the therapist contacting your General Practitioner regarding any aspects of your medical history where it may have an effect on the treatment to be provided.


You consent to photographs, video or other images of yourself being utilised by Alesya Beauty Studio  for social media and website.


You consent to Alesya Beauty Studio storing your personal information. The information in this form and associated with the treatment will be held in accordance with the EU Legislation called GDPR or General Data Protection Regulations.


Please note all appointments are one-to-one only.

To ensure client satisfaction and safety, no clients can be accompanied by a guest within the premises.
